GENERAL PROVISIONS

The www.findifu.com website operates on the principles set out in these Regulations.

The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the www.findifu.com Website, the rules of service provision, conditions of concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaints procedure.

Each Customer, upon undertaking activities aiming at using the Electronic Services of the www.findifu.com Website, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, applicable are provisions of

the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws, No. 144, item 1204, as amended.)

the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),

Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

DEFINITIONS

CONTACT FORM – a form available on the www.findifu.com Website, allowing the Customer to contact the Service Provider directly.

REGULATIONS – regulations of this Website.

CUSTOMER – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, with legal capacity granted by the act, that uses the Electronic Service.

ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided by electronic means by the Service Provider to the Customer via the Website.

TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Service Provider provides the following Electronic Services via the Website:

using the Contact Form,

company registration,

adding and editing offers,

learning about other users' offers

Provision of Electronic Services for the Customers is subject to the conditions specified in the Regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider, referred to in Chapter III, item 1 of the Regulations, is free of charge.

The period for which the agreement is concluded:

for an undefined period,

until cancellation or until the user deletes the account,

Technical requirements necessary to use the ICT system used by the Service Provider:

computer with Internet access;

access to e-mail;

web browser;

enabling cookies and JavaScript in the web browser.

The Customer is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, with respect for personal rights and intellectual property of third parties.

The Customer is obliged to enter data reflecting the real situation.

The Customer is forbidden from providing unlawful content.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints pertaining to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:

Complaints pertaining to the provision of Electronic Services via the Website can be sent by the Customer via e-mail to the following address: info@findifu.com

In the above e-mail, as much information and as many circumstances regarding the subject matter of complaint should be included, particularly the type and date of the occurrence of irregularities as well as the contact information. This information will greatly facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will process the complaint immediately, not later than within 14 days.

The Service Provider's response regarding the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer in the complaint application or via other means, specified by the Customer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content posted on the website under the www.findifu.com internet address enjoys copyright protection and is the property of www.findifu.com. The Customer bears full responsibility for damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content present on the www.findifu.com website without the consent of the Service Provider.

Any use of any element constituting the content and the substance of the www.findifu.com website by anyone, without an express written consent of the Service Provider, is a violation of the Service Provider's copyright and will result in civil liability and criminal liability.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Agreements concluded via the Website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.

In the event of non-compliance of any part of the Regulations with the applicable law, the provisions of the Polish law shall apply in place of the contested provision of the Regulations.
